Wildflower Essences

Lovingly crafted to bring balance, healing, and harmony to your life.

Flower essences are a form of Plant Spirit Healing, an age-old tradition steeped in the British Isles.

Wildflower Essences are a range of flower and crystal combination remedies in which the life force or energetic signatures of wild flowers and crystals are distilled and preserved in a glass dropper bottle, so they can be conveniently used to support our physical and energetic wellbeing.

All the Wildflower remedies are produced co-creatively with Nature through the “uncut method”, also known as “living essences”. This allows us to work with wild flowers which are not accessible through the conventional production methods that require flowers to be cut from plants.

The advantage of this method is that when the flowers are still fully connected to the plants - and to mother earth – they offer much more energetic coherence. Effectively, using the full spectrum of the plant's energy enhances their healing potency.

To create a flower essence, a Spiral Bridge is opened, and the plant’s Spirit is invited in. Permission is requested for the plant’s energetic signature to be imprinted into spring water held in a crystal geode. The crystal’s energy is also infused into the water at that point, offering its own energetic signature. Alcohol is added to the spring water to preserve the remedy.

Through a co-creative agreement with the plants, we are offered access to the very Spirit of the plants, opening a much broader spectrum of their healing. Meanwhile, the fusion of the uplifting power of the flowers with the grounding properties of the crystals provides a balancing effect to the remedies.

Guided by the plant Spirits we travel the wilds of the British countryside to specific places where the land’s energy is particularly powerful, conferring further vibrancy to the flower essences. This approach highlights how plant Spirts can be guides, teachers, as well as being incredible healers.

Remedy users too are being guided by the plant Spirits in choosing the appropriate remedies intuitively. This may be achieved by strengthening their connection with Nature through Spiral Bridge, by using cards, or kinesiology tools, such as pendulums. The more they practice, the more intimate they become with the plant Spirits, and the broader their healing spectrum vs. the traditional way that flower essences are prescribed by practitioners.

This is the gift of plant Spirit healing: to reconnect with Nature from our intuitive hearts so we can start to weave the healing of separation between ourselves and Nature, bringing balance and harmony not only to our health but also to our relationship .

FAQs

  • Avoid direct sunlight. When travelling, we recommend wrapping your essences in tin foil to protect them from x-rays and radiation.Avoid direct sunlight. When travelling, we recommend wrapping your essences in tin foil to protect them from x-rays and radiation.

  • Traditionally, flower essences are taken directly under the tongue. However, you have alternatives:

    • Rubbed into the skin

    • Added to spring water or juice

    • Mixed into your bathwater (avoid combining with foam bath)

    • Added to essential oil burners or sprays

Your exposure to the wildflower essences is what matters most for their healing effect. There is no risk of overdose; if your body does not require the essences, they will simply not be absorbed. Unlike homeopathy, wildflower essences are not sensitive to being taken around food or drink.

  • Yes, wildflower essences are safe for both children and animals. Since they are preserved in brandy, you might prefer not to administer them orally to children. Instead, you can apply the required drops to the inner wrists, center of the forehead, and the crown of the head, or add them to water, juice, or milk.

Wildflower oracle cards can help children articulate their feelings, as they often have a natural intuition for these essences.

For animals, place one to four drops in a separate water bowl or bucket alongside their regular drinking water. This allows them to self-select the essences they need. Replace the water daily to maintain consistent essence strength and prevent dosage accumulation.

  • Unless direct bio-feedback suggests otherwise, the general guideline is three drops of each wildflower essence, taken three times a day (morning, noon, and night) for 10 days. Animals, especially horses, may require more than three essences; this is safe as animals operate on different energetic levels than humans.

Note: Children and animals often respond more quickly to flower essences than adults. If they show consistent resistance, do not force them to complete the treatment.

  • Individual sensitivity to essences varies. Some may experience immediate benefits, while others may need more time. It's important to complete the treatment, even if you feel it has already worked. If you start to forget to take your essences, it's crucial to continue, as this is when your body needs them most. If you perceive no benefits, try to complete the course of treatment regardless.

  • If you miss a few days, extend the original treatment duration accordingly. Do not compensate for missed doses by taking extra drops all at once; just continue with your regular treatment schedule. You can take the essences more frequently than initially stated if desired; the original duration is just a minimum requirement.

  • A 'healing crisis' can occur, where things feel worse before they improve. This is a crucial phase of healing, and you should trust in Nature and continue with your chosen Wildflower essence blend. If progress stalls, reassess your blend—either to deepen work with the current essences or to select a new combination more suited to your needs.

  • Consider three questions:

    • How long-standing is the symptom? Longer-held patterns may require extended exposure to flower essences for significant change.

    • Has a deeper insight been revealed? Healing journeys can lead to self-awareness and the root causes of our patterns.

    • How well can you process healing? The ability to embrace and heal our inner fractures varies among individuals, affecting the healing speed.

Wildflower essences are designed to aid in embracing our fractured selves and remind us that we are not alone in our healing journey.

  • The term "chakra" refers to the energy centers found along the midline of the body. These are commonly visualized as spinning wheels or vortices of light and color.

According to ancient Vedic tradition, there are seven primary chakras. However, as people have deepened their spiritual connections, additional chakras have become recognized.

In the context of Wildflower essences, we focus on nine chakras. Wildflower and mineral essences are used to activate these chakras, each of which corresponds to different areas of the body and aspects of the psyche. It is believed that physical and psychological issues manifest in a person’s chakras and energy field well before symptoms become apparent.
